Window Cleaning
The workers showed up on time and everything seemed to go well. Later that day, when the sun hit my mirror, there were streaks and what appear to be splatters. I called because it rained within 3 days and scheduled a return appointment. No one showed up for that appointment and the explanation was that they had another job that ran overtime. I called them, no one called me. We made another appointment and the same worker that did the mirror the first time tried again and when the sun hit it the streaks were still there.
After I was still not satisfied, the owner wanted to come out but I declined because you could only see the streaks in the late afternoon and the company had had three appointments already.
The window washers only had newspaper to wipe the windows with and left paper in my yard and my house. They also didn't clean the tracks very well. I have asked for a refund several times and have been told the company does not give refunds and that I should not complain if I can only see the streaks for 30 minutes a day. Over all, I am still not satisfied and would not use these people again.

"At Your Choice Service, we GUARANTEE 100% satisfaction or we will do it again for FREE. As the owner of the company, I personally did the review of the service we provided to (member name removed) on April 12, 2013 (We call and/or email after EVERY job to ensure satisfaction!) and she said everything was great. When there was rain, she gave me a call and we went back and redid the entire home, including the mirror, once again (member name removed) said she was satisfied. The next day she contacted me regarding the mirror, however, she said you could only see the streaking from 7-7:30 pm. I told her that it may be a manufacturer issue and that our technicians are typically not out that late. Our technicians spent over three hours cleaning (member name removed)'s windows TWICE. We offer EVERY client the opportunity to do a "walk-around" and let us know if there are any issues, we then send them a "Thank You EMail" that contains a link to our customer satisfaction survey to inform us of any issues in case they are not present for the "walk-around". I personally respond to ANY issue and send our technicians to fix it as soon as I can. At Your Choice Service, we pride ourselves on customer service and endeavor in EVERY way to make the client happy. I am sincerely sorry that we could not do that for (member name removed) and I know we tried our best to take care of the situation.
