Wright Way Tree Service

I have used this company before with total satisfaction.  This time the work was done as requested but there were delays in the work and several times the workers did not come on the appointment day.  This required a lengthy follow-up period to what I thought would be a one day job.  The company owner responded by throwing in extra work for the same price.  The work was done properly and to my satisfaction.  Clean up was a little short of expectation but we are talking about a few drink bottles and small tree twigs, etc. out of 2 truck loads of vines, tree limbs, a removed tree, and dead shrubbery.  All in all, I am happy and have scheduled for a winter tree trim.  This problem had not happened in 2 previous visits.  I am not an expert but their knowledge of trees and shrubs seems to be  good and professional.  Be firm about appointment times and finish date.

Mr. Wright came to my door and asked f we wanted a bid on cleaning up our overgrown yard. I'm typically hesitant about the door to door people, but I am very happy I let him give me an estimate. I had planned to do the work myself, but it was very overwhelming and I wasn't sure how to even start. He gave me a very reasonable bid and started work 3 days later. His crew did a great job and asked exactly how I wanted things. The job took the guys about half a day and they also blew out my gutters. I will definitely be calling them next spring.

They were quick and concise and did a great job.
I wanted to trim the Bradford pear tree back considerably but keep it standing because it shades the entire south wall (which is brick so there is a huge thermal mass there).
I had contacted Wright to do the trimming for all three trees for about $500.
After they had finished, my wife decided she wanted the Bradford cut down so they did for only 100 more.
The price for both services was very reasonable.
I did like the fact that they would cut it all the way down right then and for only $100 more. I had gotten estimates to trim and cut down and they were the best price for the comfort level (there were cheaper estimates but I did not feel comfortable with them).
The long and short it is that they did great work and I would use them again.

Jonathan was great, and his crew was very professional as well. Will definitely use them again.

This is the second time I've used Wright Way tree service.  Jonathan Wright and two helpers are very professional and do a great job on our trees.  I called Jonathan our this time because I had a partially dead silver maple from the drought last year.  He quoted me for the normal tree service, various landscaping maintenance, and the removal of the dead tree and one small tree that was encroaching on the alley.
They performed all the work exactly as detailed during the quotation and on the date agreed upon.  The date was scheduled around my yard waste pickup day so that the trimmings wouldn't sit in my alley long. Jonathan Wright walked me around the house after the completion of the work to verify that all work was completed to my satisfaction.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wright Way Tee Service to any of my friends.

I had a tree service trim my trees and they showed me where two trees that had grown up together (50+ years) were now separation at the root area and one was starting to lean.  They recommended Wrightway to cable the two trees together.  When Jonathan looked at my trees and their size he recommend chaining instead of cable because of the size of the two trees.  They drilled a hole in the main tree trunks about 20' up and put rods through the two trunks with a cable between.  Because of the size of the trees, we agreed that we should use a size larger than normal (my request).
The only difficulty was that it took several weeks to get rods long and thick enough to go through the trunks.  In the mean time, they put a comealong around the upper larger branches to hold the trees together until the rods arrived. 
They finished the job by putting expanding foam and a water sealant in the crack between the two trees so that water would not get in between the two trees and cause rot.  It was finished today and I will have to wait until a strong wind comes along to test if the chain system works.  I will report back when that happens.

They were 1 1/2 hours late but finished the job that day.

Have used them before and were happy with the service.  Offered us a deal during their "off-season" time to trim all the trees and bushes.  Job done in a professional manner and done quickly.

His team came along on time, did a fine job cleaning up the trees, and cleaned up well.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. MR. WRIGHT WAS VERY COOPERATIVE WITH OUR REQUEST TO SIGN ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS TO FREE US FROM LIABILITY, SINCE HE IS NOT INSURED. HE  ALSO HAS A STATEMENT OF RELEASE FROM LIABILITY ON THE CONTRACT.THEY CAME WITH PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING SAFETY EQUIPMENT, SINCE IT WAS NECESSARY TO CLIMB IN THE TREES.
    MR WRIGHT BROUGHT TWO MEN WITH HIM TO DO THE WORK. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID THEIR WORK EFFICIENTLY. THEY ARE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I WOULD CONFIDENTLY USE THEM FOR FUTURE WORK AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
     THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND IS THAT YOU MAKE SURE YOU APPROVE OF THE FINISHED WORK BEFORE THE EQUIPMENT TRUCK IS DRIVEN AWAY. HOWEVER, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE IN MEETING OUR REQUEST TO DO A LITTLE EXTRA TRIMMING ON A TREE, EVEN THOUGH THE LARGER EQUIPMENT HAD ALREADY LEFT. I DO THINK THEY WANT TO PLEASE THEIR CUSTOMERS. THERE WAS NO HASSLE.

The owner came to the house, we walked around looking at the work. He gave me his proposal. That night I looked him up on Angie's List and saw a favorable report so I hired him for the work. The next day his crew showed up and they performed the work. The owner came by that night and collected payment. The trees looked great!

I have 3 large live oaks in my house. I spent $400 on that work. They have been doing work for us for quite a few years now. They clean up all the stuff they cut off. Their price is reasonable and Jonathan Wright is a very nice person and does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it.

I have used Wright Way in the past for tree service and decided to call them again. Jonathan was very responsive and prompt in returning my call and arriving for a consultation. The work was scheduled and done promptly the following week working to coordinate with our city's bulk trash pick up schedule. The work done was excellent. I received exactly what I asked for. The trees look great and all the work was done in one day. They also did a great job cleaning up the mess and piling the debris by the curb. Not one twig was left on my property.

It always looks nice when Johnathan gets through. I have used him many times and will call him again when I need tree trimming.
