+ -1 moreSeemingly good personal sales approach, but teh contractor was unable to fulfill the promises made and missed on teh quality. I have 40 pictures of issues, and tehy tyried to rush to finish. My inspector found equipment like AC and Jacuzzi were not hooked up properly, the day before close. The micowave was over my wifes head- and could not be used as installed. This safety hazard was pointed out as not what we were sold, to no avail. They did fix many issues, and sold it in two days to another buyer. I have NOT received my 'good faith" funds.
Description of Work: Contracted for a quality home, and was truly diasappouinted in the finish , and the last minute rush to try and make me happy. material was not correct, and equipment not installed properly. The result was I terminted the contract due to quality and contract issues. They refused to discuss settlement, changed personnel and in fact sold in in 2 days with all my upgrades and ineven used MY inspection report top help them get more $. I'm still waiting for a settlement and now have to retain a lawyer to get my good faith estimate back.... I'd advise caution, and a good lawyer, get everything in writing and don't be fooled by promises and examples of work. DanG
