Seemingly good personal sales approach, but teh contractor was unable to fulfill the promises made and missed on teh quality. I have 40 pictures of issues, and tehy tyried to rush to finish. My inspector found equipment like AC and Jacuzzi were not hooked up properly, the day before close. The micowave was over my wifes head- and could not be used as installed. This safety hazard was pointed out as not what we were sold, to no avail. They did fix many issues, and sold it in two days to another buyer. I have NOT received my 'good faith" funds.
