WELL, WHEN THE REAL MEASURER SHOWED UP HE SEEMED LIKE AN IDIOT. THE REPS SAID THEY WOULD MATCH MY EXISTING SHUTTERS EXACTLY. THE GUY, WHEN HE SHOWED UP SAID, UM, I'LL NEED A SAMPLE, I NEED TO SAW OFF ONE OF YOUR SLATS. BUT I DON'T HAVE A HACK SAW, DO YOU HAVE ONE I COULD USE... DUH .. HAVE YOU DONE THIS BEFORE? I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET UPDATES, THEY WERE HAPPY FOR MY ORDER TO LANGUISH IN THE FACTORY. AFTER 2-1/2 MONTHS, I SNAPPED AND LEFT A RUDE MESSAGE THAT THEY SHOULD INSTALL MY SHUTTERS IMMEDIATELY AND THAT I SUSPECTED THEY WERE NOT REALLY A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. THIS SEEMED TO GET THEM MOVING. THEY THEN MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME TO INSTALL THE SHUTTERS.. BUT THEY WERE LATE. THEY CALLED ME TO ASK WHETHER IT WAS OK THAT THEY WERE LATE. I SAID NO. I WORK FROM HOME, I HAVE TONS OF CON CALLS. THEY SENT A GUY EARLY TO DUMP THEIR WORK MATERIALS IN MY HOME, IN THE LAST 10 MINS OF THE APPT AND THEN THEY SHOWED UP THOROUGHLY LATE. THEY MADE LOTS OF NOISE.
Description of Work: CUSTOM SHUTTERS FOR WINDOWS TO MATCH EXISTING SHUTTERS. REPS SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PUT TOGETHER, EVERYTHING SEEMED GOOD.
