THE SALES AGENT WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. I THINK HE WANTED TO MAKE A SALE AND DID NOT CARE IF WE GOT THE WRONG COLOR BRICKS. HE WAS ALSO VERY SOUR WHEN WE SAID THAT WE WANTED TO RETURN THE ORDER, ORIGINALLY PLACED A 25% RETURN FEE, BROUGHT THAT DOWN BY TALKING TO HIS MANAGER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU TAKE THE TIME TO GO TO THE QUARRY TO PICK OUT THE BRICKS.
Description of Work: WESTERN BRICK COMPANY WAS CONTRACTED TO PROVIDE BRICKS FOR OUR PATIO RENOVATION. I ASKED SPECIFIC QUESTIONS TO THE SALES AGENT ON THE PHONE ABOUT THE TYPE OF BRICK I NEEDED. HE SAID THAT HE HAD THE BRICK IN STOCK AND COULD DELIVER IT THE NEXT DAY. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS NOT THE SAME COLOR AS I HAD TOLD THE SALES AGENT ON THE PHONE. THE BRICKS WERE RETURNED AND OUR CREDIT CARD WAS REIMBURSED (85%).
