THE SALES AGENT WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. I THINK HE WANTED TO MAKE A SALE AND DID NOT CARE IF WE GOT THE WRONG COLOR BRICKS. HE WAS ALSO VERY SOUR WHEN WE SAID THAT WE WANTED TO RETURN THE ORDER, ORIGINALLY PLACED A 25% RETURN FEE, BROUGHT THAT DOWN BY TALKING TO HIS MANAGER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU TAKE THE TIME TO GO TO THE QUARRY TO PICK OUT THE BRICKS.
