Thank goodness the subcontractor who worked under Waldner was really good. B/c Dustin was really not. He was always late, often failed to respond, to the point I had to ask most things twice. He did not clean up well after his tasks. And did not seem to really be an expert. He said he would check on the tile work multiple times to assure quality, but rarely came at all, except at my behest. In the end the tile work turned out great, though.

Dustin and his team are top notch. Really high quality work at a very competitive price. They care a great deal about the quality of workmanship and that the result meets your expectations. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Hired Waldner Construction for a small residential job. They were prompt and professional. Great work. Great price. Highly recommend.

So I trust this company but I should have not since I hired them in July. The Waldner Construction are not professional at all. I am still having issues with several things they said they knew about in November. Starting with the deck and for them to say the wood was treated but I had an inspection because needed to make sure I was in the guide lines. Secondly, the roof not having it three inches out of the top did not happen so now I have to deal with the rain. When it rains the deck gets very wet since I did not have the 3 inches out. Next the gutters they leak and they did not attach them correctly. Finally the fan they installed they put it but they did not install it right because now I have to switch back and forth with the my light for the porch or I have to switch if I want the fan to be on but can not have both together. So I have been having issue since July and I still going at it. I wish I could attach a video but I do not know how so anyways. Do not hire Waldner Construction not worth it.

Our chimney structure was giving way and rotting so we needed it to be reframed and reinforced and then redone with hardy board. They also installed new attic stairs that needed replacing. Fees were fair and they completed the work efficiently and according to their estimate. Very nice group to work with.
