We called and had three such companies come to look at my mother's home.  She had had







work done to clean a mold problem but with that problem came more repairs that would needed.







My mother is 87 and could not remain there anyway.







So we got 3 estimates on the sale of her home and took Randy's offer.















He was very professional and extremely nice to my mother inspite that she was not to him,







but he was talking to her about the buying of her house.  There were 4 of us that felt he







had given her a more than fair price so we talked to her over a weekend about the pro's







and con's. The next monday Randy came out to my house and brought the paperwork.







He again answered all the questions with his easy going nature and patience. Papers were







signed and with all that said.... He gave us 30 days to clean my parent's home of 48 yrs. and







to close.







Closing went with a small hitch but that was our problem with a will probate that was quickly







taken care of.







This was a far easier transaction that I thought.  Thank to the Smiths.
