I have 2 dogs and a cat, and boarding simply isn't an option for me. I also have to travel out of town from time to time, and needed a reliable pet sitter. I wanted someone I could rely on being available whenever I needed them, so I chose to go with a company rather than an individual. I'm glad I did. Great company and great experience. After discussing their service and prices, I scheduled a short trip and had them pet sit. I had a combination of services, which included overnight stays, standard visits, and drop-ins, all over the course of 4 days. My dogs are never going to be completely comfortable with people they don't know very well, but the service was fantastic, and allowed me to keep my dogs at home while I was gone. Since then I've used them multiple times for dog walks and cat sitting. They try to send the same people so they get to know your pets, which I really appreciate. Lauren in particular worked extra hard to win over my standoffish Shiba Inu. Great company!

I have been using VIP for a few years now. They provide service 3 days a week, holidays, vacations or other events as needed . They have been extremely reliable from the get go, which provides peace of mind that your pets are being cared for. They are also very flexible with last minute schedule changes. Communication with the owner and sitter is excellent. I have nothing negative to say. They have provided wonderful care my dogs over the years. Tracey has been our sitter for awhile and she has been outstanding. My pups just love her. I highly recommend VIP to anyone that needs a pet sitter.

Anne came out before Thanksgiving to meet my dogs and talk about their schedule. The dogs took to her right away. You could really tell she was an animal person.
We have a doggie door so we didn't need the dogs to be walked. Anne fed and spent some time with them. She also collected the mail and newspapers for us while we were gone. Anne would send me a text everyday telling me how our dogs were doing. Would definitely recommend the service and especially Anne.

I have been using VIP Pet Services for several months, and it's been great. I had lots of trouble with other services before, which always had me stressed out when I would travel. My family and I travel a lot, and it's nice having someone here that can love on our dogs when we can't. Trudy refills the dogs' bowls with food and water, scratches bellies, plays, and always leaves a note about their time together. My family and I come home to happy dogs and that's why I love Trudy and VIP Pet Services.

It was a wonderful experience! We were gone for a total of five full days, and we were very worried about leaving town. We had a very sick kitty that had to be put to sleep the day before we went out of town and we knew our other other pets missed him.
Trudi was very attentive to our pets, and kept us informed on how things were going, without me having to ask. She would feed, walk, play with them, and also show them lots of love. I felt so much better knowing that Trudi was taking care of them. She also made sure there was no mess, and even cleaned up some of my mess. I absolutely will use her again and again. It is so nice to have someone you can trust to take care of your pets, just like you would yourself, so you can either relax for vacation or focus on work, or whatever reason you have to be away from home.

Came by my house every afternoon to check on my puppy for two weeks. My provider is and was wonderful. VIP is an outstanding pet service and they have an outstanding customer service as well.

Tamber visited before our trip, got entry keys, met our cat. We also discussed feeding arrangements (kitty loves her heated tuna juice). We next interacted upon coming back home. The cat litter had been fully removed, our kitty (17 years old +) was healthy and a note from Tamber regarding how things went from her perspective. The cat's good health continues.

She was on time, friendly, warm, got on great with the dogs, and was very willing to accomodate all our needs. We are very relieved and will be using her twice in July.

I have used VIP Pet Sitters several times and have been very pleased. The same very nice lady has been the sitter each time and she's done a great job with my pets and household. I've been able to travel without worries. She generally texts me every day or so to let me know everything is fine.

I am very pleased with them! They are very responsive to any phone messages and they call right back. They took very good care of my dog and I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

I called VIP Pets to schedule a house visit, and they responded very quickly to my request. They came to my house once to discuss what I needed, to meet my cats and to pick up a key to the house. I also provided her with my emergency contact info and contact info for my vet, in case of an emergency. They were very professional and ver personable. My instructions were followed, and a note was left detailing what was done in my absence. I would definitely use them again.

They are just wonderful. My pets love her, and she's the only one that sits with them. She is a a God send and has become a part of our family. She will stay over night with my dogs and even sends me texts and photos daily.

The lady who walks my dog is great. She is always cheerful and friendly. We have a very good rapport. I trust her with my babies and my dogs love her. They are always very excited to see her.

Wonderful! Sitter showed up. Let me know she was there and all was well. Even sent me a picture of my puppies. Huge relief to find someone reliable that I trust with my furry babies and in my home!

I have used VIP Pet Services multiple times. The first visit was wonderful, Nicole wrote down the instructions on taking care of my cats, familiarize herself with the house and cats. Most of the time they provide me a report of what has happened during their services.

They have been absolutely wonderful. Not only are the walking my 2 girl's but they set me up with a great trainer also, Eric Schultz. Now they are working with him to train the girl's to loose leash walk. They all have done a fabulous job and I would recommend them to everyone! They have been a life saver!

Britni at VIP Pet Services took care of our older beagle for us while we were out of town for the weekend. She was very responsive and friendly. She left us daily notes on what time she visited. She sent us daily texts/emails to give us status updates. We would recommend VIP Pet Services.
