 + -1 moreThen installer diagnosed the issue very quickly and was able to finish in less than an hour. It did take a few days to be able to come out, but that was expected. Scheduling was accurate.
Description of Work: After several channels were no longer working (all tvs), Verizon came out and replaced the outside unit (gateway). This was done at no cost and resolved the issue immediately.

 + -1 moreHad a power outage on 5/24 and when power went back on, the suge destroyed the Verizon power unit in our garage..Even though it was a holiday weekend, they sent someone out the next day which was Sunday. The tech arrived exactly on time at 8am and replaced the box in a matter of minutes..He made sure our phone,internet and tv were working fine before he left. Very friendly and professional..Would not accept the tip we offered him but thanked us profusely for offering.Nice to see someone who does their job well!
