Another company quoted 50% more to replace the hot water heater and said it was due to the unit being on the other side of the house in the attic. All State said this was nbo problem and would be very easy to remove.
Additionally they discovered that my old unit was still under warranty and that further reduced the cost of replacement.

They responded to my call right away and came out the next day. It is not a big company; it is like a mom and pop company. He actually sent somebody out to put in some freon until he could get to me. It gave me a little more air conditioning until they were able to get to me within the next 2 or 3 days. It was going to cost twice as much as I thought it was with somebody else but when he came out and assessed it, it wasn't going to cost nearly as much as I thought it would. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.
