Our Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer stopped freezing and things were melting. We called him on a Saturday night about 9:30. Mr. Rose arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, gave us our options and repaired the unit. He was very friendly and professional, He was done by 11:30 and the Sub-Zero is running fine. I highly recommend this company!

Took about 3 hours and not had an issue with the refrigerator since. It was just WAY expensive.
