They are a tile and granite company and are terrible, just terrible. I used them for two projects and they did terrible work. I had to call them back and they left the house filthy. They left windows open at the farm and would come in and steal things. I have never seen such bad work in my life. I have documents to prove this stuff and I have still saved my text messages to them. There is a part of a bar that is all cockamamie. Those tile and granite people are supposed to have these things pool table level. They refused to honor it and would say they were out of that marble or granite and they thought it would break if they moved it. I told them that was not my problem and their problem was to fix it. I told them I did not care how much marble or granite they had to buy to fix my problem. I called and called them and would talk to anybody to get them to make any amends. I had to hire somebody myself to fix it. I was able to fix it simply without cracking any marble or anything like that. Their work is substandard and they used the wrong type of cloth. We had to call back again and again to try to get somebody to fix it. This was on two properties and I probably will have to take them to small claims court. They finally fixed stuff, but you don't leave a vacant farmhouse that anybody could go by with a window open with all this new cabinetry and a stainless steel refrigerator in there. Each job was about $5,000.
When we went to put the range back in it wouldn't fit due to the uneven cut of the granite. This was not that big of a deal until they said they would be out to trim it for three days in a row but didn't show. Our new range had to sit in the middle of the kitchen all that time because there was no where to go with it. Finally after several heated phone calls and a threat to stop payment on the check, they came out to trim the granite for the range. During the three no-show days, however, we also realized the island granite was not shimmed and was not level by 1/2" causing a major slant that was visible to the eye. All is now well but they have been here 7 times to finally get it right.
Be careful and realize you might have to pay a little more with a top rated company but I will NOT stray from Angie's list again.
