He came in and replaced the spring (with two springs). I could see that he was very capable and very adroit at his work. He also fixed a crease in my garage door. He didn't oversell anything. I had him price a couple of garage doors for perhaps early next year. I went with the two springs in the event that I ever decided to replace my current door with a heavier door.
Note: The only thing that I would remind everybody is get the warranty in writing on the receipt as it is not mentioned anywhere in his contract. I think he is pretty honest but one needs to cover the possibility he may sell his business or pick up partners, etc.
P.S. - I was impressed enough with Sean's work to see if he was interested in doing some other work. He has been slow to respond to that. However, it should not detract from the quality of his work and reflect upon his professionalism.
