 + -1 moreSERVICE PERSON (WHOSE NAME I CAN'T RECALL UNFORTUNATELY) LOOKED AT FIREPLACE DAMPER AND WAS ABLE TO SIMPLY BEND PARTS OF THE MECHANISM BACK INTO PLACE TO GET IT TO FUNCTION AGAIN. HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY NICE AND POLITE, EVEN REMOVING HIS SHOES BEFORE WALKING ON THE CARPET. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ODD ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS A PHONE CALL I GOT THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP, TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. I TOLD THEM I WASN'T AVAILABLE AND SAID IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY, AND THEY SAID THAT WAS FINE AND DID SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY AS SCHEDULED.
Description of Work: OUR FIREPLACE DAMPER DID NOT CLOSE - SERVICE PERSON CAME OUT AND BENT BACK INTO PLACE.
