STUART HVAC, LLC located in Carrollton, Tx was formed by Stuart Gregor on June 6, 2005 and incorporated on August 28,2012. Stuart has over 25 years of experience in the hvac industry. Stuart's main focus is both residential and commercial HVAC service, installation and maintenance contracts. In addition to providing top quality installation and service of HVAC systems, we also provide refrigeration service and installation.We provide,install and service all major makes and models of commercial and residential Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration equipment. We service walk-in coolers/freezers and ice machines. STUART HVAC offers quarterly maintenance contracts at low cost for both commercial buildings (Offices*Restaurants*Warehouses) and residential homes. Stuart offers 24/7 emergency service with quick response. 24 hour Computer/server room service.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out just fine. It ended up being multiple services. Stuart got out there the day after I called him, which was good. I paid extra, as there were other problems to be sorted. This was the first time that we used them. We had issues since he replaced it, but he came back out and fixed it.

Stuart is very knowledge about HVAC units and tries to repair versus replacement.  Extraordinary customer relations.

 Also scheduled adding new insulation.  His work is reliable.   We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.

It turned out fine. He did call right away after I purchased the deal. He was very thorough with the inspection. We had a mix-up with the scheduling. He was supposed to come on a Friday, but then he immediately scheduled for the following Saturday. But other than that, he was fine. I am going to ask him back to do additional work on the unit that he recommended. The pricing was fair.

Our experience with him went very well.  We expected the additional repairs.  He was very communicative and explained things well.  He was very clean and quick.  He did everything within a reasonable period of time.  It took him a while because he was kind of busy; it took a little bit longer than we had hoped.

The package included free filters but it was the cheap type that you cut out. He said he would cut it out but did not.  He found some problems with my AC unit and promised to research if it was under warranty and if not send me a quote for the cost of repairs.  He followed up with an email stating it was out of warranty but he never sent me a quote for repairs.

He said he would contact me about an appointment, but never did. The issue started to get progressively worse towards the holiday, so I had to call him. He said he would come by the next day around 5, however he didn't get to my home until around 8:30. He said I needed more freon. He was not even there 30 minutes, and ended up charging me more than anticipated. Within 2-3 days, the unit was already back to its original state and not functioning. I text him to see if he would come back out, but I ended up using a different company to fix the problem.

"[member name removed], I'm very sorry your upset, you purchased your tune-up on the 27th I responded on the 28th and you never told me your a/c was not working correctly until 9/1 which at that time I told you I would come out after I finished my scheduled calls on 9/3, which I also told you it would be later in the evening and I never promised a specific time because it all depended on what time I finished with the scheduled calls. You said yes come, I want you to know my last call that day was in Hickory Creek and you live in Garland, I made a special trip to accommodate you and your problem, you had a leak on your indoor coil which I repaired and recharged your unit with Freon. I did not charge you overtime rates for working on your unit until 10:30pm that night ( which I very well could have done) Your a/c was working fine that evening when I left. You then send me a message on 9-7 saying it was not cooling well again (which I don't understand why you didn't call me directly to tell me you were having problems again, I left you my business card and our # is on the invoice) instead you report the problem through and rely on the message center. If you had called our office direct and reported your problem I ,#1 would of found out sooner that you were still having problems after I made the repairs, #2 I would of rearranged my schedule so I could respond quicker and fix the problem. You never once gave me that chance, and I think you know I would of done everything in my power to help you, especially after driving 45 miles one way after regular business hours the first time. I then read your review on Angie's List which is not an accurate summary of your situation and how I handled it at all. When I make ANY repairs I stand behind my work 100% and if any of my customers continue to have problems afterwards, I respond the moment they CALL no matter what time or day it is. Since you are unhappy with the service I provided, I will be more than happy to refund my labor charges, I will pull your invoice and mail you a check first thing Tuesday morning. Sincerely, Stuart"

He was late in arriving but notified us of the delay in advance.  He was very courteous, professional and experienced.  He actually didn't service our area (we're kind of far northeast of the metroplex) but he honored the Angie's list special anyway which was very nice.  We were very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again.

Stuart Gregor with Stuart HVAC showed up on time and conducted a tune-up on my AC System.  Stuart was very courteous, professional when he showed up at my home.  He did a thorough job checking out my A/C system.  With the weather being in the 100 degrees I wanted to make sure my system was in fine working order.  I am very happy with service that Stuart HAVC performed on my A/C system.  I will use this company in the Fall to check my heating system for the Winter.

Bottom line:  Call this guy.  He will not disappoint.  I would give him an A+++ in all categories if this rating was available on Angie's list.
Stuart HVAC will be my go-to company from now on.  And I have worked with many A/C service providers over the past 21 years. 
Stuart knows his stuff.  He is honest.  He is reasonable.  He is conscientious.  And he knocks himself out service-wise.  He is respectful and treats you the way you want to be treated.  This is what Angie's List is all about - we all want to find people like him. 
My previous experience with A/C companies:  I have had several providers who have either 1) over-charged me; 2)  totally messed up my systems; or 3) led me on to believe that my units would break down unless I spend mega-$ in parts.  (I have always declined those quotes and my units have worked just fine.) 
Stuart far surpassed my expectations.  He was more thorough than the other companies, and very honest in his evaluation.  I fully expected him to tell me I needed a complete new system (one of them is at least 17 years old), so was surprised when he said all it needed was a new contactor.  Throughout he was very polite and answered all my questions.  He even called ahead to tell me he was running late because of the rain earlier that day, and asked if I was okay with that.  He then gave me a new time window, and showed up 15 minutes early.
I couldn't be more pleased, and can't recommend Stuart strongly enough.

We had an appointment for 3:00pm.  It rained that morning.  Stuart called me around 11am to let me know he was running about an hour behind due to the rain.  He asked if that was ok or if we would need to reschedule.  I was fine with the time change and Stuart was punctual at 4:00pm.  I really appreciated the advance notice.  Most companies would call you at 3pm and tell you they were running late.  I found this very respectable.  Stuart looked over the AC and measured the voltage on my request.  He didn't try to up sell me on anything.  I find that they always say you need something else...even if you don't.  I got to talking with Stuart about my concerns on the coolness of my house.  He volunteered to take a look in my attic to determine the thickness of my insulation.  I have known that it was not up to snuff.  Stuart sent me a reasonable quote that evening for additional insulation.  I was very please with the service and would definitely recommend Stuart Hvac to my friends and neighbors!

When I schedule calls I make it my priority to be on time and if something comes up (like the rain) that causes a setback, the first thing I do is call the customers as soon as I know I cannot make our appointment. Calling a customer at the time you're expected to already be at the house is inexcusable in my book. I know people have way more important things they would rather be doing besides waiting on a service technician. Stuart HVAC, LLC Was amazing.  Stuart's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail saved me time and money.  The man really knows his AC and heating.  He did so well on my air-conditioning system replacement that I had him come back out and replace my hot water heater.  All of which are working perfectly! 
I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking an honest, hardworking and skilled person in this area.
