Statewide Roofing & Restoration

They spent most of the day completing the work. They removed all of the old debris and left my yard spotless. I am extremely happy with the professionalism and the work completed.

Jack Ford the salesman was just terrific. He spent much time looking
over the roof and finding many problems after two hail storms.  He
recommended that our insurance company, USAA, send out an adjuster.
The adjuster agreed that the roof needed replacement, and they both
suggested replacing with hail resistant roofing (had previously gone
with this option and saved 500-600, per year on my premium). 
Jack called back many times to iron out the details, make recommendations...
In a word, responsive, kind, and attentive.  I did my due diligence and
called references including some that had done more than one roof with
Bill's company. Also, some comments were made that when their roof was
done, it was much better than the surrounding roofs with crooked ridges,
poor flashing, etc.
Both Jack, El (the roofing foreman) and Bill Wolfinger (Owner) were at the job site during much of the install.
Reasons for going with them:
1. Very responsive and professional group.
2.Use estabilished and reliable teams of roofers (who are used to working
together) that put on a roof with attention to detail.
3. Follow through with what they say they will do.
4. Clean up the job site. cover the bushes from debris
5. Do some extras such as putting down better underlayment than required
and using ice and water shield at each value and intrusion points of
stacks and valleys.  This ice and water shield costs up to 1000 extra
and they put this on all their roofs.
6. They really took great time
to reflash our chimney which was leaking and tuck the flashing 1.5
inches into the brick to prevent water intrusion.
7. Noted that some of my stacks were located in the valleys and ridges, a source of water
intrusion and took the time to move the stacks a few feet away.
8. As far a price, it was about the same as other roofers.
Please note that this company is out of Kansas City and has a great review.
Bill has teams in Dallas, Houston and Kansas City.  They are listed in
Angies list under Armor roofing but consolidated with Statewide out of
Kansas City.
Insured teams and a certified Certain Teed installer
with 10 yrs warranty. This means that if the go under you have the
warranty from this major company (unlikely will occur).
Finally, yesterday, we had our Solatube skylight company come out to service our
sky lights and the team noted that the roofing was "extraordinary" with
flashing and being careful with the solatubes.  They often have to
replace them when a roofer is done, at least put on a new collar, tube,
etc. These were pristine and only had to have the reflectors of 2 of 5
reset. $150.00 which the company kindly deducted from payment. 
Today, EL came to add some Sofffit vents for better roof ventilation and worked for 6 hrs in the rain.
Very impressed.
