When you choose to become a client of SMH Landscape you will be provided the personal cell phone number of your lawn service technician and are encouraged to you use it any time you see fit. You will always speak to a local person that knows what weed control products and lawn fertilizer has been applied in the past . BUYER BEWARE! We, as well as our neighbors across the street hired Mark in Feb. 2017 for 6 weed treatments for our lawns at $280.00 per household. Mark was friendly on the initial visit and took my check of $280 and sprayed my yard. 2 months later, I called him as it was time for the 2nd treatment. He said he was having truck issues, but would come another day. After several back and forth calls and texts, he finally did come about 2 weeks later. That was in May 2017. It is now October, and he has not been back. He was not answering our calls or texts, but we were finally able to reach him, and he stated that since we did not get our agreed upon services, he would refund part of our payment. He also stated that he is not "obligated" to give refunds, but he would make an exception (as if he was doing US a favor)! However, to this day....no refund, and no return calls from Mark. Same story with our neighbors. He presents himself as very nice and professional, but is obviously ripping people off....as seen in other reviews on this page. Do not use this "Company".

He applied the first treatment just fine but never heard from him again. I left a voice message and a text on Sunday, May 27th and have yet to hear from him.

It went seamlessly. I give him my credit card info and he comes by every 6-7 weeks to fertilize my yard and also treat my yards for weeds. My yard has never looked better.
