Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning

They damaged my home and didn't want to even investigate my claim. Hung up on my and ignored my for mail complaint.

Chris and Abel from Sirius were professional, fast, and thorough. I would use this company again. I needed a water heater replaced and a toilet reset, and it turned out that this was all covered under my home warranty. The warranty company referred me to Sirius, and within 5 minutes, they called to set up an appointment. They arrived within a few hours. While another plumber doing an estimate had said that a toilet repair could cost $200 to $1000 depending on what was broken under the toilet, Chris found that there wasn't anything actually broken (just loose screws) and repaired it within 10 minutes. He even fixed an internal component that he noticed was filling slowly. For the Water Heater, he explained that the warranty company would pay for the new water heater and the labor (about $1000), but I would have to pay for the code upgrades to bring the water heater into compliance with the city (new safety measures and valves, a drip tray, etc.). Since my water heater was more than 15 years old, this ended up being several upgrades totaling about $1000. I thought it would take 4 to 5 hours, but he was done in 2.5. Chris (helped by Abel) was polite, fast , and he explained everything afterward and answered my questions. Nice, knowledgeable people.

The slab leak was under the master bathroom so while they were here, they checked that leak and they went through and checked all the plumbing in the house, I guess to make sure that everything was running correctly and flowing and there weren't any other issues. I have a wet bar that we never use and just sits closed and they actually discovered that that was backed up and it was actually on the verge of overflowing. And it turns out that my condense heat line from the A/C ties into that and the pipe was plugged bellow that and so they saved me water damage or whatever by being very thorough and checking every single faucet in the entire house even though it wasn't directly related to the pipes that they had fixed.
