Description of Work: They repainted, repaired, replaced a door, and trimmed. They also did tile work. They also did work on my pool.

Description of Work: Selected Silverleaf Construction because I thought they had home office remodel experience in which we are interested in for our home. Had trouble getting Shane to the house, took over 2 weeks after an initial no show. Finally got him to the office to start the design process, two weeks and one call later no response. His excuse was the cabinet guy was not delivering the designs that he has requested, now one week later no response.

Description of Work: Contacted Shane at Silver leaf back in August 2012 for a bid on a room addition. The initial appointment was with my husband only and went well, but since I wasn't there and had questions about the bid we asked that he return. After 3 failed appointments, all 3 WE had to call to find out why he hadn't arrived we gave up. We really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but the excuses got to be too much and then on the last scheduled visit he completely failed to even contact us to say why he didn't show up or try to re-schedule. I guess he figured after he left us hanging three times (2 of which I took off work early to be here) it wasn't worth calling with another excuse. We would have loved to have had the opportunity to clarify things and proceed with the job (which we wanted to do right away) but he never called us back. Very unprofessional and quite frankly rude.
