Victor  was helpful and courteous, and made sure to come out when our Insurance Adjustor was here, so we wouldn't worry about the entire process.  We ended up paying nothing out of pocket, as S and S replaced our roof for the amount of the insurance claim (they gave us a discount equivalent to the deductible).  They also gave us a 'bonus' of repairing caulking on our windows to keep them energy efficient.  This was the second time we have used S and S (once on our previous home with the same situation - replacement of roof due to hail damage), and both times they were great.  Would recommend them in the future, especially for jobs that require insurance involvement.
