Rick quickly diagnosed the problem as severed central electrical lines leading from my garage outside to the sprinkler system  likely caused by mower or weedwacker.  He was able to make the repairs.

Both times I have had work done on my system have been great.  He is very accommodating of your schedule.  The first time he came he spent time explaining everything to me about the system.  I have had others work on it before and it was like pulling teeth to get details on how best to set it up.  I have referred him to many friends and family.

It went well. I think I was expecting a little bit more. Other than that he came out and did what he was expected to do. Everything is working fine. And Im happy with that.

We had to reschedule a couple of different times, but it eventually worked out. He got done what we needed. He got the job done in about an hour. The worker was a very friendly and nice guy

Mr. Higgins and I had trouble connecting due to personal matters of my own but he was very persistent in contacting me to get the initial assessment of my needs scheduled.  I needed several sprinkler heads replaced and others adjusted plus I needed an additional line and a new sprinkler head installed for an area in my backyard which was not installed on my initial installation job.  I am very impressed with his work and diligence in performing this job for me.  I will definitely be calling him again as needed.

It went fine.  Only gave him a B rating because he did not replace one of the heads we discussed originally.

It went fine. I did not feel that the whole system check was thorough enough, but all else was fine.

He explained what was going on. He made me aware of a couple of the code changes that had been implemented with the sprinklers.

Rick was timely and responsive to concerns I had. We had had some work done on our patio and needed to reconfigure the flow/direction on some of the sprinkler heads. He also suggested, and then installed, a sensor which should save water over the long term.

He said there were no problems with the adjustment of my sprinkler heads, and there were no leaks.  I am not sure he adjusted anything, and I didn't see any evidence he had actually  run and inspected all the zones.  Mr. Higgins availability is limited since this is a part-time business, secondary to a full time position with his city.  His appointment at late afternoon and weekends.
   Next time I hire someone to inspect and repair my "irrigation system", I will hire a company which does this work full time.  I feel badly having to give him a poor review, and probably for the price, I shouldn't have expected moret.

All he did was look around, ran the system, and said we had one bad head.  He then asked when he should come out and fix it.

Good - I thought there would be a more detailed inspection to see if any of the lines were leaking.   Rick did teach us a few new things about the system we had not know.  He will be my go to guy for all repairs.   I will recommend him to others.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was probably wasted money. We had a jump in our water bill that's why we thought we needed somebody to make sure that nothing was leaking. I guess he did what he was supposed to do but he was here as quick as he could turn the faucets on. He might be very good but it was very perfunctory. But at least I knew that there wasn't a leak.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He did a fair job. He wasn't quite as thorough as I expected but he did a good job. He went through there but it took him 10 minutes because he's walking fast the whole time. He called me and let me know he was coming. He was professional but I was expecting a little more. I thought he would adjust the range in which the sprinkler heads are going but he went through it fast, didn't take long.

The service was provided without issue.  He showed up on time and took care of everything in a timely manner.

Rick went over the process with me in detail and then reset my system to a more operational function. Rick also pointed out that the builder did not install zone 8 and so I approved for him to install.
