Flooring
I bought some very plush high end carpet for my media room. The Carpet was delivered and installed by my installers. The carpet had extreme roll crush lines in the carpet every 4-5 ft. You could feel these lines in the carpet. Prosource sent 2 different guys out to try to steam the lines out with no luck. The talked to the manufacturer but they would NOT warranty the product. Prosource decided to replace the carpet at their cost and I had it reinstalled. While a hassle and an expense, Prosource went above and beyond to stand behind the product they represent.
