Description of Work: These folks are totally unprofessional and have not lived up to there contract far as maintence wise and the list can go on. We have a 200 unit complex and are supplied one unlicensed maintenance person to care for our complex they continue to violate rights of home owners and break all laws. They use the same contractors over and over give out keys to our homes and let these folks work unsupervised. There currently in trouble with the city of Dallas for doing structal and framing work without pulling the proper permits.

 + 0 morePrecision Property Management failed to follow the requirements of their employment contract on every level - they had no bonding or sufficient liability insurance when required to have $1 Million dollars due to handling condominium's monies. Precision Property Management failed to get two years of audits, when required by law to obtain them. Precision Property Management wrote checks constantly above the $500 limit without Board approval. They did not monitor sub contractors and squaundered the condominium's monies without overseeing the work that was being accomplished -- specifically wasting $49,000 in approximately one year period on a HVAC system valued at $52,000. Rarely visited the property, had no employees to perform routine maintenance, allowed subcontractors to perform work without being present, and kept questionnable accounting records. Condominium finally voted them out. Precision Property Management operates out of his house and is not a "professional" property management company in any respect as to service delivery.
