They seemed knowledgeable about plumbing however the ceiling was low in our home where the water heater is located and he disassembled the heater before realizing it could never be raised in that space. A tape measure or just looking could tell you that. We had to pay an installation cost for him to reinstall the old heater anyway. The reason I scored him was because he complained a lot and that made me uncomfortable. He did good work though where it was needed.

Update.... We had Chad and his crew come back and fix the broken pipe. It was six foot under the house and they had to dig a giant trench to get to it, which was better than tearing up my floors. They did an amazing job, too pictures and showed me everything and did a great job. Great pricing, very nice and professional, I feel like they went above and beyond to keep me informed and cleaned everything so well when the job was finished you couldn't hardly even tell anything was done including putting my shrubs and landscape back in place. Please don't use anyone else. Chad is the only plumber I will ever use or recommend.

They called me back on a Sunday!! Came out asap and did the job to my satisfaction !! Even corrected something that a previous tradesman had done incorrectly !!

Chad found our drain issue very fast. He even arrived a little early to set up his auger and camera to locate the problem. Once the blockage was identified he had it cleared out right away. He worked with the City of Lewisville to show them the reason for the blocked drain and that it was on city property. The city will be replacing the damaged pipe. I highly recommend Plumbing Dynamics and would use them again if I need a plumber for any other work. Very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I had a hydrostatic pressure test preformed prior to foundation work being done. Chad was on time, polite and professional and did what was required.
