I have hired Steve twice now.  The first time was for a full roofing and redecking job, and I was very happy with the quality of work and his responsiveness.  This time I hired him to tear down an addition and repair the roof where it was joined to the main house. Again, I was very happy with the quality.  Steve was on site for both jobs, which gives me a level of comfort about the quality of work as it is performed.  He is courteous and helpful and is very concerned with the quality of his company's work.  He won't give you a run around like some other companies I've talked to.  Definitely recommend him and Pioneer Exteriors.

I was in desperate need to repair my roof due to a section of shingles blowing off my roof.  Knowing that we're expected to have bad weather this weekend I knew I needed to find a roofer fast.  I chose Pioneer because they were close to my home.  I called and left a voice mail for the owner and within 15 minutes I received a call.  Before I got home from work the repair was done with the owner sending me pictures of the process.
When Steven came by for payment that night he was very pleasant, friendly and professional.  He told me that the roof was not that old, however it was installed poorly.  He told me to give him a call whenever it happened again and he would be right over to repair it.
I will definitely use Pioneer Exteriors for my gutters and fencing as well.

I just had a roof done by Steven and his guys. Everything went very smoothly and I was given a great price. It was a one story 2100 sf house with a 2 car garage and it was completed in only one day. Steven gave photo updates as they progressed, I was very impressed how his guys hammer the nails in by hand with such speed and accuracy. the house looks great, he gave me samples & suggestions on what to use for my color house.

Steven came to my home, helped me with the insurance claim,  and explained the materials that he uses.  He was helpful with color selection of the shingles and paint.  The crew showed up on time and kept my yard clean.  The house looks great.  I am very happy with the work and I recommended Pioneer Exteriors to my family and friends.
