They are a "no kill" shelter which is important to me. They give you the dog spayed or neutered, and the animal already has a microchip. They will provide the names of trainers or vets in the area in case you need them. The vets in the area will do the first screening for free. They keep very clean cages and let you take the dog out to make sure everyone gets a long. If you have another dog they make sure the animals will get a long. They do a very thorough back ground check. They always do their research ahead of time to make sure you are a suitable pet owner. They do require references to ensure the dog is going to a good home. They have a trainer that works with the dogs they have on certain behaviors. It is a very thorough place. Most of the dogs I have gotten from there have been very healthy and have always been a good fit.

I keep looking at their websites and paying attention to what they are doing. I haven't actually got an animal from them in about 3 years. I keep up with them through their websites. I contribute money to them because they are so good. I would rate them highly.
