They did a great job installing the drip irrigation. They came back a couple times to fix some leaks in which animals were eating the tubing at no charge. They showed me how to fix it myself if it happens in the future. I have used them many times in the past. They have installed a new irrigation controler and sensor for my house. Bill and all of the employees are great people to deal with. They show up on time and give you great advise.

We had an older system that had a leak and Norway was able to find the leak and repair. They completed the job in time, but they didnt seem to come completely prepared. They had originally installed the system 2 years ago, so I would have thought they would have brought a drawing of the system and the layout. Otherwise the workmanship was good.

After 25 years in our house, my wife finally talked me into getting a sprinkler system. Since this was a major purchase, we were concerned about how to pick a contractor as we would have to live with the results for decades. Finally, we turned to the Neil Sperry web site to see who (if anyone) he would recommend. We found (and used) Norway Irrigation and we couldn't be happier. They were professional, on time and on estimate. The system they installed has performed flawlessly since day 1. They got all necessary city permits so that the system meets or exceeds all Garland code requirements. Bob and his crew were punctual and always willing to answer any questions that I might have. They cleaned up beautifully each day and never left any sort of mess. I got a system that is capable of what I call and quot;set and forgetand quot;. A weather monitor communicates wirelessly with the sprinkler controller and the controller then automatically adjusts the various zones (I have 9) to water each area correctly, adjusting for average temperature, rain received, yard slope, soil type and lawn/plant type. The system shuts off automatically if the temperature falls below 34 or 35degrees to avoid icing in the winter.. I will update the system performance again after the 2013 watering season, but, at this point, my yard looks and feels better than it ever has.

Norway 's bid was higher than other bids, but their knowledge and expertise were more important to us than the cheapest bid. We have old-growth trees and were assured that trenches would be hand-dug around the trees rather than using the trencher which would cut roots. The bid also was for state-of-the-art equipment and multiple zones for grass and flowerbed areas. One cannot even tell that the trenches had been dug, the grass was replaced so that the yard looked untouched. Workers were professional and efficient, and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

excellent, very very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. have used them multiple times for several years now - always have them do an annual inspection and tune-up. somewhat pricey but think it is well worth the money as the system runs well until next annual inspection/tune-up. They have the sysytem running so tuned up that I only need them for annual preventative maintenance.

We contacted them in February, and the man we contacted came out when he was scheduled to come out for an appointment. The presentation was complete. They gave us a lot of material to look at, so I thought we were pretty informed about the sprinkler system. We had investigated about another one; but only about the sprinkler system, and not with the company. They seemed very professional. They took about a week or little over to complete the work. They have a supervisor here onsite. They did a very professional job. They answered all the questions that I had. They have come out a couple of times just to answer questions about the control system. I feel comfortable with them as far as the sprinkler system works. They did it when I wanted them to get it done. We wanted someone who is professional, reputed, and someone we can depend upon. The system has a 5 year warranty.

We were very pleased with the work. They had to dig numerous trenches throughout our yard and as I said we had just had our yard completely landscaped. It would have been difficult for anyone to tell we had irrigation work completed. The only issue that we had is that all of the plants that were moved were not placed back in the original place, but this is somewhat to be expected given the amount of work and the freshness of the plantings. I rated them a B in price simply because I thought it was expensive, I wish I had asked for a quote to just install a new system, my guess is it would have been less expensive.

Took a few weeks after the call to schedule service since this is a busy time of year, but they arrived on time as promised. Thorough, professional, and courteous, as always. We have used Norway for tuneups for several years and last year had them upgrade our controller box and add the backyard to the existing system. Everything is working beautifully.

It worked just find for the first few months. They have had to come out twice in the last 6 months, to make some adjustments, but it's all covered under the warranty.

They put in top of the line quality parts in both the drainage system and irrigation system. I received really good old fashion customer service. They put monitor on the roof to determine if there is rain in the area that would shut the irrigation system off and the squirrels damaged the monitor and it wasn't working and they came back and checked on it and fixed it and didn't charge me to repair that.
