They gave me a quote and then never showed up to complete the repair. Scheduled 4 different times and Oscar never showed. Julie Flores kept insisting he would be there. That was over 6 weeks ago.

Horrible and nightmarish experience trying to get a chemical service scheduled. The technician they sent was rude and overly aggressive. 1st visit he stated that it needed repairs. I got those done through my home warranty service. 2nd visit he complained that the filter was dirty and started bad mouthing the repairs done (I think he was upset that I did not use his service). I got someone else to clean the filter. Then I called back to schedule the service. They scheduled service, but never showed up. I called to see what happened. the technician had not put in his notes after 2nd visit. So they had to wait for that. After that, I had to call again. All of this took 2 weeks. When he came back, he said the filter was not clean. And went off without servicing the pool! And invoiced me $50 for a diagnostics fee?! I called and asked to speak to the manager. He was at least courteous. But the frontline technician is highly unreliable, rude and aggressive. Bad customer experience and would not seek them for another service again.

They came when they were suppose to and properly assessed the situation.

I would hire this company again if I needed help with a project. Thanks again, My Home.Pro

Worked with Leon and he took the time to go over the system which was helpful as a new homeowner. He also provided feedback on certain areas that I can improve upon.

Always on time, kept cost to the quote I first received. Did the job at the most cost effective for me.

Called on a Sunday and got a person instead of leaving a voicemail or message to call back on regular work days. Because of that I was able to get an appointment the next day. Leon came out and was very professional throughout the process. Even checked on us the next day to make sure the issue was resolved. It's hard to find that level of service anymore... I will be using them going forward.

These guys are great! Theyâ re like a concierge for home services. They maintain my pool and have done mosquito spray for me. . They also do appliance repair and AC maintenance. Highly recommend.

Professional, tidy, punctual and informative.

Jose did an excellent job explaining the issue with my dryer and the repair options. On both of his visits to our home, he was professional, on time and did the work quickly. No issues with the diagnostic or the repair visits and results. We did have to wait 2+ weeks for parts to come in for him to do the repair, but I don't fault them for that. That's just post-pandemic supply issues that everyone is experiencing.

The service technician was knowledgeable about refrigerators and was able to correct the issue. After the repair, the technician was spot on on conveying the problem and outlining what steps were taken to correct the problem.

Arrived exactly when they said they would. Very nice, professional. Took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Followed up as they said they would. So far I have had no more bug problems.

Update, Even though my fridge was not fixed by them. They offered a few services for free and provided and refund. They do care about their customers.

Good. It's always frustrating when a company gives you a time window and shows up at the end of that window. So 2 hours becomes 2 1/2.
