They charged me $99 and $219 on two visits and they found the issue with my duct heater only on second visit and still charged me for first visit. They should have avoided second visit. Also they recommended it's a electrical problem and it was not. I will not recommend them. Very bad experience.

They checked a freezer and determined the compressor was dead with no replacement available. I paid for the visit and replaced the freezer

Mr Rip-Off. Blatant liars. Called Mr. Appliance to fix clothes washer. I told them water level switch was broken. It would take two weeks for me to order part. I asked them, "Do you have the switch in your repair truck?" They told me yes they had it. Twice, I made it very clear that if they did not have the part, I wanted to call a repair service that did carry it. Twice they re-assured me that the part was carried on their truck. When the repair man arrived, guess what, they do not stock the part. They charge $79 for the service call. Now, if I call another company, I have just wasted $79. It took these losers 7 days to fix my washing machine. They are blatant liars and first-class crooks.

It was a great job. The tech needed a part. He went and got it, came back and installed it within an hour. I could not be happier. The tech was extremely neat in my house; he cleaned up after himself and gave me a list of tips to better maintain all my appliances.
