Mike showed up on time, performed the repairs and cleaned up after he was finished.

He is good at carpentry and painting, usually bringing along one employee. However, if the painting is extensive, he will use subs.

I was very satisfied with his work. He was able to get everything taken care of in one shot. He was on time. He was slightly on the expensive side compared to others, but I think he was worth the money.

Mike came out the same day that he took my call because he was already working on another home in my neighborhood. He was personable and very knowledgeable about my repair needs since he has been in the construction business for over 35 years. He knows his trim and is a "Bondo wizard." One of his employees assisted him. He charged a daily rate plus materials, which seemed reasonable to me. I was very pleased with the final product - Mike has an eye to detail, a good work ethic and pride of workmanship. Thanks Angie's List for this find!

Mike returned my call promptly and was able to come over that very morning. The repair required carpentry work since the wooden boards on the chimney were not properly anchored and were slapping against the chimney in the strong wind. The problem was explained to us in detail and a more long-term solution was even offered for possible future consideration. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding.

Overall, he did a great job. I would use him again.

Mike arrived when he said he would to give the estimate, was professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He even brought a Hardy Plank brochure and helped pick out which style would look best on my chimney box. Mike arrived on time on a Saturday morning and finished work by 1:00 pm. He came back on the following Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. (on time) to put 2 coats of paint on the chimney box. He hauled away all the materials from tearing down the old chimney box. He was neat and left no trash. I can recommend him. He did an excellent job.

They did a fantastic job. The chimney was leaking and my roofer recommended him. He called me back in a timely manner and he even pulled two more crews in to get the work done before it was going to rain that day. It only took then a half of a day to finish. He did a wonderful job sealing it and I haven't had any leaks or anything. I didn't have any nails in my yard so he did good cleaning up everything. The price was good because it covered all the material and labor. He used a better material than regular siding. I am very happy with the quality of the work they did.
