Juan the installer was early. He set to work right away and did an excellent job.

We needed several of our condo windows replaced and reached out to Metroplex for quote. We were pleased with process of requesting a quote, scheduling onsite visit and receiving the quote. The price was competitive. The installation scheduling was easy and the installer was very professional, neat, quick and cleaned up after himself. We used them twice so far and are happy with the overall experience.

Scheduling issues. The first time they scheduled it, I took off from work and stayed home... They never showed up. No call, no email and not even an apology. I called and left multiple messages with my phone number so we could reschedule. Next thing you know, a month later, we get an email about an appointment... for the next day. Again, they did not call and ask us when we would be home, there was no email asking anything. Just them sending an email with a date and time. Wednesday, June 23 at 1:30 PM. I immediately called and asked them to verify my phone number and email address. I asked them to give me a 30 minute heads up so I could make sure I was home. The scheduling lady insisted they would call me with a heads up and promised she put a note on the work order. After the first mishap, I decided to stay home. At 10:50 AM, my doorbell rings and it is the window people here to fix my window. That is 2 and a half hours before my scheduled appointment. No call, no email. Would not recommend. Poor communication. Is it really that hard to send a text, email or make a call to say you are on the way? This has also taken months to get finished. The guy was here for 30 minutes, max, and it took 2 months from scheduling to finish. Unreal.

These guys came out immediately to give me an estimate in writing before the holidays, They came out with the replace window panes and had them installed with 1/2 hour for 2 windows. They were particular about the cleanup and Covid precautions. This was done today so as of today they are an excellent vendor. I will update this as time goes by.

If you need glass or window work this is the company to use in DFW.

Hired this company to replace windows back in 2008 when we purchased the house. Hired them again in 2018 to come out and look at all the windows (glass seals) and replace them. They did about 14+ windows. However, in 2019 when I found 10+ window glass seals broken, they told me that sorry, these windows are just outside 10 yr warranty so there is nothing we can do. Now, I did go check on dates on every window glass they installed in 2018 - I trusted them. Further more, I had hired them in 2018 to check on ALL the windows and replace the bad ones, how is it possible that in few months after that 10+ windows go out? I talked to one of the owners, Bruce and requested to consider the situation and give me at least a good discount to replace these windows but Bruce would not even consider that. I was a repeat customer for this company and due to poor service and poor quality of the window glass, I will not be going back to this company for any more window/glass related work.

Excellent company. Out of three bids, Metroplex was the lowest with the best warranty and service policy. Barry was very thorough and discussed our options to make sure we were happy with our choice. Be sure to have the heat transfer demonstration shown to you. Installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. Replaced 13 windows in my 30 year old home; 2 of my original windows had hidden damage to the wood trim caused by rot. Metroplex crew made necessary repairs before installing the windows. Jesus and crew were fast and did quality work. They carried away old windows and debris; they also cleaned the windows after removing the labels. Very satisfied.

I was impressed (difficult to do). Price was fair, they did what they said, and the glass replacement looks great! Since our frames were in good shape, even for being 20+ yrs old, we got a great price. (I did reach out to 5 other contractors, Metroplex were not the lowest, close, but it turns out they were the best value.) They replaced all 77 pieces of glass! Barry and his crew did a Great Job! for my project they were able to complete most of it all in one day (small follow-up items). The best thing we've done to our house in the 17 yrs we lived here. 10 stars out of 5!

Their response time was extremely quick to my inquiry. Their quote was lower than others I had received. The install went well, though that did have to come back with different hinges but ultimately the shower enclosure turned out very nice. We are very pleased with the outcome and overall experience. Highly recommended.

Brian was super nice and came to my house and gave me the quote. When I called/texted the company, they were always responsive. The quote was very reasonable compared to others that I got. I'm very happy.
