I really love the physician's assistant. With regard to the office staff, it is sometimes a little hard to talk to somebody. They don't take my insurance anymore.

She ha been patient with all the question I have. She takes her time to explain everything. She is easily reached after hours, whether it be via e-mail or calling me back. I was very impressed that she was easy to reach after hours.

Dr. Chiniwala is a really good physician. She has a great bedside manner and she doesn't always think prescription drugs are absolutely necessary if the drugs won't help anything. She is also very thorough in explaining and helpful in making patients understand illness and treatment needed.

I have been with her now around 4 years. She listens to me, has a great bedside manner and never makes you feel rushed. She listens to what you think. If she does not know something she will refer you to a good specialist.
