+ -1 moreThe install has been a nightmare. The planks 'un-click and un-lock after install and creates an ugly seam. Also, the product chips after install. AND, the actual 'click and lock' of the planks is VERY difficult. The store staff refused to give me the name of an independent installer and gave me the customer service number. I filled out all their documentation and filed the complaint. They said I would get a response in 48 hours, but that was two weeks ago (I sent another email after one week and left a voice mail for the customer service representative). I do plenty of 'do it yourself'' projects and this is the worst product I have ever worked with. I am half way thru the install and I will have to go find someone to finish it off.
Description of Work: I bought their Tranquility 'click and lock' flooring as a do it yourself product. The store staff refused to give me the name of an independent installer and gave me the customer service number.

Description of Work: Sam the manager gave great advice on floor selection. He recommended for engineered wood for concrete glue down. Floor is beautiful. Deliver and pricing professional.

+ -1 moreWe made our purchase on our 2nd visit. During our first visit, they were about to close, however they were nice enough to allow us to look around for a bit. Once we were ready to purchase, we went back and worked with Joel who advised us on the differences between the different options. Once we made our decision, he processed our order and had someone load the laminate in our car. We went with Havana Mahogany. The sales staff at lumber liquidators are quite knowledgeable on their product and helped us get everything we would need for the install. We would return for more flooring if it were ever needed.
Description of Work: Purchased wood laminate flooring and trim molding to replace carpet in a dining room.
