They could carry more brands or particular line. They could have additional brands. If you want a florescent light bulb there, you are stuck with GE or Sylvania, that is it. There are others, such as Phillips out there and it is hard to compare what you are buying when there is only one.

I went to Lowe's to replace my water heater. They were convenient and I didn't want to look and search for one at different places. I felt that Lowe's was reliable, but a little pricey. My experience with them was all right. They did the work, but later on called me and wanted to know about the work they performed and I don't like to do surveys. I'll try not to use them again because they are pricey, but if I need them they are very convenient. I guess I'll use Angie's List next time.

First installation was not completed to city code, second installation also did not pass, third installation passed however inspector missed the leaking exhaust. Installed each time by a different plumber. I wrote a letter to Lowes explaining the problems however never received a response. The water heater stopped working correctly after 15 months and it has now been removed and thrown away. The warranty is worthless.

It met my expectations well.

Tore out old patio doors and replaced with new frame and French doors. Had to come back out and adjusted the door when I called.

They came out to install units and found that they had to install a new wall jack/plug for the unit. They also removed old units and disposed of same.
