KB HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY HAD PRE-APPROVED US FOR OUR MORTGAGE. THEY HAD THE HOUSE BUILT, WERE TO PAY OFF SOME OF OUR EXISTING DEBT, BUT AT CLOSING TIME THEY REFUSED TO FUND THE LOAN AND DID NOT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.
