Johnson Property Inspections

I had a home inspection done prior to the renewal of my home warranty.  I was very impressed with the thorough report that I received from JPI.  My only experience to compare it to was my original inspection that I had done when I purchased the house and hands down JPIs inspection was a COMPLETELY different experience.  Not only did I have every detail for anything that may need attention in a very clear report format but the inspector (John) took the time to explain to me every item and answer all of my questions (and trust me, I had MANY!) I was also quite impressed with the sense of urgency he showed in getting my inspection done quickly since I was on a time crunch!  I would say that the professionalism, puncuality, patiance, and kindness of john at JPI should make him anyones first choice for inspection if you want all of the information in a complete and enjoyable manner.  By the way, in shopping around not only did I seem to get more for the money with JPI....but they were also much more reasonably priced than many of the companies I spoke to.
