JJ' has been a reliable resource in the past, therefore I re-hired without hesitation and comparison shopping. An estimator was available on short notice, took measurements and calculated the proposal price. The windows (glass only, no frames) were delivered and installed two weeks later as scheduled. With the exception of one window having a slightly crooked grid pattern, everything was just fine.

It took 3 trips to get all the glass and screens installed due to problems measuring one of the windows. But the workers were pleasant and did a good installation. It would be nice if the office staff would call the day before and give an approximate time that they would be showing up instead of having to wait for a 30-minutes-before call. I would hire JJ's again mainly because of the price - they beat two other estimates by a considerable amount.

After they came out to give us an estimate and we chose them to do the work we noticed that they were several screens short on the count. We notified them immediately and sent then a list detailing the sizes and quantity. On the day of install they were several screens short. They forgot to make 2 windows and one of the windows was broken and could not be installed. They came to install the windows and were still one window short, which happened to be the largest and most expensive window. The original quote was hard to read, so we think that this window was left off on purpose to make the price seem better. We paid in full via personal check. One check was over 2k for the storm damage and the other check was $400 for the remaining screens. I received a call almost 6 months later threatening to send us to collection because we did not pay the $400. When I called back with proof that we did pay, they were rude and unprofessional.

The technicians were well organized and worked quickly. They had the broken window removed in less than ten minutes and the new one installed in 5. It matches perfectly. I am very pleased with this business.

On time for the estimate. Answered questions. Came back for a second estimate when i changed my mind about what we would do. One of the window glasses didn't fit so they reinstalled my old glass and took the new one back to be corrected. I've used them in the past and they are easy to deal with on warranty replacements. I strongly recommend them.
