I called Jennings after my home warranty sent out a company that denied my repair under the home warranty. The woman on the phone helped me to get the information from the tank less hot water heater company and she did the rest. The company went out if their way to help me. They also quoted me 1/2 as much as the company my home warranty sent out. The plumber was very professional and reviewed what he was doing and even asked if I wanted to see what work he was doing. I would definitely call them again! So many plumbing companies do not want to touch a tank less unit, however this company actually send their techs to training on these units! They were the only company that gave me a quote without coming out! They could have jacked up the price since they had not seen my house or the unit, however they quoted me an honest price that included the tax! They deserve an A+++++

excellent. The fixture was not attached to the wood crossbar and Steven replaced it with a heavy duty fixture that attached at three points to the crossbar.

Called and showed up earlier than scheduled!!?. Got right under the sink and took care of business. Provided a 1-year warranty on parts and labor and left me with a smile on my face. Definitely worth having on your list of contacts. Only a $29 service fee and it was absorbed in the total cost!! Others were $65 and more!! My recommendation is call these folks!! Courteous, professional, prompt, and priced accordingly (and a bit lower than average).

Jennings had done code upgrades on our water heater, back in 2013 (for which I gave them an A rating), such as putting in a drain and pan below the water heater with supporting by 2x4's underneath. Flash forward to 2018 and the water heater is providing variable temperatures. We looked in the closet to find that the front 2x4 has slipped forward and the entire heater was leaning forward at an angle, supported by the bent drain pan, and almost touching the door of the closet. We called our home warranty and Jenning's came out to look at it. The technician was polite and punctual. He started off by claiming his company hadn't worked on it in the past due to the type of fittings and how the work was done. I spoke with the not so nice person in the office and she claimed they had no record of working on it either. They reported back to the home warranty company that it was working as expected and nothing should be done. After disputing this I spoke with the person in Jennings' office and she said I should get a second opinion, and I was left with the impression that they just didn't want to do the work. In a nutshell, I was unhappy with how Jennings had no record of doing the work in the first place, had no interest in doing the work under the home warranty, and the general attitude of their office worker, who was rude and unsympathetic to our issues. I was left hiring a plumber on my own dime to fix the problem. I would not hire Jennings Plumbing again. The $75 was the home warranty service fee I paid to have them come out and look at my water heater.

The gas leak was not covered by the home warranty and I had to hire somebody else. I called two companies, Baker Brothers and Jennings Plumbing. The technicians from both companies were both very friendly and informative. However the price code that I got from Jennings was 47% of the the estimates of the other company. When the technicians showed up, they dig around the area that the leak was and contact their manager. Then they digged even deeper to be sure if extra pipe replacement was really needed (as was suggested by the other company). It turned out that just an small potion of the piping/joint was need to be repaired. Less than two hours the job was done. The area was cleaned up and city of Plano was informed for inspection. Many thanks to such professional and honest service and efforts to keep the cost down.

Mr. Michael from Jennings was very polite, courteous and respectful. They gave us a half hour window. Called me 30 minutes out and was at my house at the appointed time. He explained the problem, took care of it very efficiently, gave me pointers on how best to use my new washer and dryer. This was not a big problem. It was really the fault of Sears and their installers who had not done a good job. But it was more than worth my while and money to have Michael come in. Not only did he speedily take care of the issue, he made sure that everything was working well. He even cleaned up the little water spillage and took the time to answer all my questions. He did not try to up sell me. Provided all options. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, expertise and willingness to engage with me. I would definitely call Jennings again if I ever need plumbing services. Highly recommend!

Excellent. The plumber that came out was extremely professional and courteous. He came out late afternoon, and I had my pipes unclogged and it was gone within an hour. I would definitely call Jennings plumbing again and refer them to my friends and family.

Loved our experience. Sabrina who is the office manager was so knowledgeable and if we had any questions or issues we just contacted her. The plumber who preformed the repairs Steven was amazing. We called Jenning's after reading reviews. A very nice plumber named Steven came out. He was punctual and extremely courteous. He explains that he needed to cut out a piece of the first floor ceiling and take a look at the pipes. This is where the positive thread ends. He looked upstairs into the hole he had cut out for about 2 minutes and explained there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. He also explained the water damage was from the bathroom tiles; we had roaches in the sub-flooring and possible mold. He referred me to a water damage specialist and charged me $29.95 for the visit. I called a water damage specialist (not the one he referred) and they told me they didn't think it was the tiles. I also called our pest control service who told me there was a tiny trace of roaches, and after he sprayed the hole, we only saw a few dead roaches. I called a second plumber (a family friend) and after looking into the hole Steven cut out told me that there was a leak in the hot water pipe. He cut a hole in the second floor wall to be sure and replaced the pipe. The whole job took less than an hour. Basically, Steven and Jenning's charged me $29.95 to cut a hole in my ceiling and to provide false information which lead off-track from the problem which was the hot water pipe. It seemed Steven did not wish to even examine the pipes because he saw a couple roaches. He could have returned after we called our pest control but he just gave me some runaround about the bathtub tiles. I will not use Jenning's again; if Steven represents there "professional" staff, they need to rethink properly training them in plumbing. The hole is still there because the second plumber wanted to be sure he fixed the leak. The bathtub is being used and there is no leak. We can conclude the leak occurred because of the hot water pipe. Also, the second plumber after cutting the second hole could see there was no sign of mold.

Jennings was assigned to me through a home warranty company. They fixed the things in my home and this was covered by the home warranty company. We had a gas leak in the plumbing between our house and the gas meter. I had to pay for that out of my pocket. I would definitely recommend Jennings to anyone needing the services they provide for several reasons: A) They answer the phone. No long rings. No answering machines. B) When you talk to them on the phone you are talking to someone that is concerned about your problem and its resolution, C) I dealt with two separate crews over several days. Both crews were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I understood what they are doing and that I had answers to my questions. D) They do quality work. E) The bid they gave me for the gas leak was competitive (I got 2 other bids). Everyone I met or spoke to seem like good people that enjoy what they do.
