+ -1 moreThis company may be reasonably priced, but if it fails just ONCE, you've lost EVERYTHING. Don't take that chance.
Description of Work: We had Home Pro install our security when we bought our house in 2002. We have faithfully paid the monotoring fee of $27.01 every month since. We set the alarm whenever we leave the house and we have maintained backup batteries since. When we returned from a 4 day getaway yesterday our home had been broken into and lost $10,000+ worth of our possessions. The alarm went off and the response from Home Pro "oh, we thought that was a low battery signal". The ONE time we needed their service to actually work, it FAILED. No police we ever contacted on our behalf. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.
