David and his crew called to say they could earlier than scheduled and so they came out. They diagnosed one problem (zone did not turn off) and fixed it quickly. The second problem (a different zone did not turn on) required some wire diagnosis and they resolved the problem. They were efficient and professional. The price was very reasonable. You'll be pleased with their service.

David not only built my customized irrigation system, but has always been there to save the day when something needs to be tweaked. I recommend him hands down over anyone else!!

Ok...I was under the impression that I was getting all new lateral lines as part of the quote, but that was not truly the case. I kinda got half new pipe and half old pipe left from the 1992 house build. Installed system works, but some of the minor concerns I'd expressed early didn't really get resolved completely, but it's good enough.

We thought it was a problem with the control box. Green Image technician was able to determine that power was not going from control box to all zones. After digging around in various places (did not disrupt grass much), he determined that Sandler Pools who installed our pool 20 years prior cut a bunch of the sprinkler wires and spliced them in a poor manner. Over time, the contacts became weak. He rewired the underground wires correctly. Only issue is that he did not test to see if the water in each zone flowed freely. He told us that we would need to pay extra for that. We felt nickeled and dimed for that. We had to ask him to come back specifically for that issue.

I called their company based on their listing with Angie's list and they scheduled service for the following day.  The technician called before arriving and came right on time.  He was articulate, pleasant and courteous. The work took less than an hour and he tested the system to make sure that all of his work was correct.  He left the excavated area as neat as possible. I believe that the price charged is absolutely fair and reasonable for the work performed.

David is very knowledgeable and friendly. The office manager is very organized and courteous. He arrived on time and explained everything he fixed.

Green Image is the only company I use for my personal home and rental properties. They are timely and fast with a guarantee on repairs. Would not use any other company for irrigation. Highly recommend!!
