Everything went well. 3 day project completed as quoted.

Had gotten a bid from another company for $1000. The man who came said that the Sheetrock had to be replaced and the ceiling retextured. Previously, this same company had bid $500 after I had sent pictures of the damage. Archie had also bid $500 based on pictures. I called him to tell him what had transpired with the first company. He came out the same day to have a look. He said he could do the repairs for $600. I had also been working with a third company which had also bid $500 without seeing it. Maybe that's a standard bid, but Archie came through close to that original bid. I hired him, and he came out the next day with two men. Archie got them started, and they worked for about 6 hours. Archie came back for the last hour or so to ensure the work was finished properly. They did not have to replace the Sheetrock, they were able to screw it back in place. They scraped the acoustic off the entire ceiling, primed, and reapplied acoustic. They were careful to put plastic on the walls and floor to protect them. They also laid paper from the front door to the guest room to protect my floors. Once the job was completed, they cleaned everything up. The ceiling in that room looks like new, and I feel like I got a fair deal.

Very responsive and was able to give initial quote from picture sent to him over the phone.  Once got here and saw that the work wasn't as extensive and lowered his quote by $150.  To me that shows he honest and trustworthy and someone I would want to do business with in the future.

Scheduling was quick and easy and the work was done well.
The team was friendly polite and professional. I'm pleased and appreciative.

I had already obtained a quote from another contractor for the work which I thought was very high. Archie's quote was much more reasonable.  He and his crew were very prompt.  They put plastic everywhere to protect floors and furniture.  They repaired the cracks and  textured the first day.  The second day they painted.  When they were done, they cleaned up everything.  Archie and his crew did beautiful work.  I can't tell where any of the cracks used to be.  Everything looks brand new.  I would highly recommend Archie and plan to get another quote from him for outside painting as soon as the weather warms up enough.

On Wednesday we sent Archie photos of our bathroom via text (as he requested) and he promptly sent us a quote that beat the other bids we had received. His brother came out on Monday to start the work.
Archie's brother showed up promptly at 8AM, taped all seams, and did the first two coats of drywall mud. He came back the next morning to sand and apply a final coat of mud, and then came back later in the afternoon to give it a final sand. He cleaned up after himself on both occasions and was very polite. 
We were pleased that the price we were quoted was the exact price we paid. The walls and ceiling came out smooth and his work far exceeds other drywall contractors that we have used in the past. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent experience overall.  Archie answered the phone the first time I called.   I described the problem to him.  He asked me to text him a picture of the damage.  Fortunately, the leak was a drip and stained an area about 2x3 ft.   He gave me the estimate based on the picture.  He was able to schedule the job for that same afternoon because he was doing another job close to me.  He and his brother arrived right at the scheduled time.   They put down plastic on the floor where they would be walking.  The also put up plastic sheeting to totally enclose the work area.  They scraped off the old popcorn texture in an area larger than the stained part.  Archie explained that they did not have to replace the drywall.  It was stained but had not gotten wet enough to become crumbly.  He could re-secure it with additional nails.   They applied mud and popcorn texture and then got paint to match.  The whole job took 2 1/2 hours.  They worked from 4pm to 6:30pm on a Friday afternoon.  After everything was dry the next morning it was almost impossible to tell where the repair had been done.

Extremely impressed with Archie and Zach. I contacted Archie Friday afternoon and they were at my house on Monday to perform the work. Immediately upon arrival Zach began laying down plastic drop cloth from my front door to the bathroom where the work was done, as is their "standard practice". Both Archie and Zach were extremely polite and professional from start to finish. I even felt comfortable enough with them to leave them at the house while I went to the gym for an hour or so, and I never do that. When the project was completed, ahead of schedule, the end product exceed my already high expectations. Golden Key Drywall will be my first call the next time I need home repairs.

Archie and his team were extremely dependable, conscientious and did an excellent job with the repairs. They always arrived on time and cleaned up every evening. They went above and beyond and repaired small cracks that weren't on the original list and even fixed my AC drain line when it started leaking mid-project. I would trust them with any repairs and recommend them completely.

Archie and Zach were totally professional. They came on time, covered everything with plastic and efficiently set to work. They were just delightful and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I do plan to use them again.

Archie was great from start to finish. Responded quickly to my phone call and text messages, gave me an estimate over the phone after seeing a picture of the damage and stuck to the estimate. He came with 2 others to do the work. They were polite, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves when they finished. Happy customer, would definitely recommend them for this type of work.

Archie of Golden Key Drywall gave us an estimate on Wednesday, we accepted; they arrived on Thursday morning and finished noon on Friday.  They protected our stairs, wood floors and door openings with plastic sheeting. No mess, no fuss, no dust.!. They did everything they promised, and did an excellent job. I will be hiring them again for some additional work and recommend this firm to anyone who needs drywall work, either new or repair.
