These guys were super professional and do excellent work. I filled in a 4' x 9' hole in the wall looking over my staircase. On the outside it is 20' in the air so I couldn't do that work myself. There was no door so I framed that in myself and they came in and did the drywall. Archie brought in his guys, built up scaffolding and patched up the opening in just 2 days. They put plastic over everything and made sure not to make a mess in the rest of the house. I am very impressed with the results. The drywall, tape & bed, and texturing are perfect. I also had some small holes where I moved some electrical boxes and those are also patched up. You can't even tell any of that was there before. If you are looking for quality drywall look no further.

came out immediately and started next day. repaired, plastered and painted in less than 2 days. cannot tell that ceiling had ever been repaired. Very pleased with the work and would definitely use again.

Golden Key has done work for us a few times, and each time the work has been superb. Archie and his folks are excellent, thorough and reliable. If we have more needs we will certainly have them back again!

Great, Archie is very pleasant and works to please. The work is excellent and at a good price. They are very careful with furniture and make sure everything meets satisfaction. The cost was $600 for 2 men working about 6 hours. This included paint and materials. Very fair. I will definitely use Golden Key again for painting, stain, and patchwork

I can’t say enough about Archie and his crew . . . they were absolutely outstanding! From beginning to end everything about their work was an A-plus. Archie is incredibly great on communication; he promptly responded to my initial contact text and kept me up to date on the work schedule. They adhered to the work schedule and were always prompt. The price was very good and the quality of the work was great and Archie was always with his crew. They were responsive, timely and did everything exactly like they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.

Archie and 2 other workers replaced and fully repaired the 3 garage ceiling panels, including texture and painting. It is seamless - you cannot see where the old and new texture meet. The inside job was just as good. They covered everything and did excellent prep work, and cleaned up very well. They even mopped our (painted) garage floor!

First of all, the price was incredible, considering what other quotes I had gotten. I know the guy who runs it, so I was familiar with them, but they were there to work whenever we needed them. They were responsive, they were quick, they took care of everything exactly like they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves.

The house looks like a new build. Archie, Zack and the rest of the crew were dependable, on time, hard working and could be trusted to do what needed to be done. Rarely have I found a contractor to be so easy to work with and so reputable. I have recommended him many times to other customers because I know he will do a good job. I will not hesitate to continue to recommend him in the future. We had a good time on the job and I cannot imagine anyone getting crossways with Archie. He is too good natured and simpatico. Someone must have been having a bad day . . .

Archie and his crew are quick and professional, he does great work and was on time with meeting my tenants to perform work. While I haven't personally seen the work that was done, Archie has done great work for me in the past and I trust that it looks great and was done correctly.

I STRONGLY advise that you seek another painter or drywall expert. My house is about $400k and we like nice things but the workmanship after June of 2016 is HORRIBLE. We have done 7 major projects in our house and have never thought we would experience something as bad as what we went through with Golden Key Drywall. They had a strong rating on Angies List with great reviews, something seriously happened within the company because its bad now. It is costing us $3,000 to get the cabinets fixed because of the damage they caused to them (too much to list right now).

It looks amazing!!! The pricing was more than fair, especially for the quality of work I received. We are renovating that master bathroom and had to cut out the original cumbersome cabinets and vanity from the 80s -- it really tore up the wall and ceilings. Walking into that room now, it looks like it is fresh out of a magazine! The crew was polite, punctual, hard-working, and very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again! Archie did an estimate for me and was able to work with my schedule to do the work. And I give extra kudos because he answered even my most ridiculous questions.

Went very well. Archie and this crew started on agreed upon day and completed the project ahead of scheduled. Work was high quality and clean-up was very good.

Archie and his crew came in and repaired all the cracks, then they completely re-textured both bathrooms and one wall in the family room that had been wallpapered. The places that only needed part of the area re-textured, the crew was able to match and blend in with the existing texture. They repainted all the ceilings and walls with two coats. It took about a week to get everything completed but they did an amazing job. In fact, I plan to hire them to do a kitchen remodel at another house.

First two days were acceptable, although they took out 2 tiles I had not intended on them removing.( I did not even notice the tiles until after I extended the work to a larger area. I received a call at 10 a.m. they were leaving to let that portion dry and would return. I stopped by at 1:30 to find my 48" X 69" mirror had a large chip on bottom corner, which they did not mention at 10 a.m. They had also removed a light fixture leaving 2 large holes in wall. The room was an absolute mess, a plop of mud on my pony wall as big as my fist. Mud all in the sinks, on the vanity. Archie told me removing the mirror was not in scope of job, so it was not their fault it was broken. He wanted me to get the mirror shortened, removing the chip which I found unacceptable. I asked them to not return and I did not pay them anything. I considered I lost out even considering the work they had performed. It is difficult to hire someone to clean up another person's mess, but that is where I am now.

Job went very well. Archie provided an estimate and then explained timeframe to complete. We were out of town for a week while they worked and when we arrived back in town everything was completed as scheduled. They were dependable and honest.

As real estate investors, we are always looking for good contractors - and they are hard to find.  I am so happy to have found Archie and will definitely use him again.  Archie and his crew are wonderful to work with.  They worked for several weeks on an entire house remodel.  Very courteous, professional, hard working, honest, and diligent.  They worked when they said they would, brought all of the necessary tools and equipment, and provided exceptional finished work. 

Workers were on time for when they said they would arrive. They were courteous and considerate of our normal daily routine inside the house. They did not smoke or use foul language and worked with a joyful attitude. The job was completed as planned with good workmanship.

The crew was professional, polite and did an excellent job of moving furniture in and out of space, covering floor and openings with plastic sheeting. They completed work on time and ceiling looked like original. I would highly recommend them to others.
