Disappointing experience. My back glass door was damaged by a rock, shattering the glass panel. I was ok with the $100 estimate charge to be applied to the repair. At first he offered to clean up the glass, but then refused to clean up the glass unless I committed to the job, and I had another bid request pending. If he had cleaned up the glass, I would not be complaining, because that would at least be something for the $100 estimate. My 2nd bid came in at 1/2 the price of Glass Doctor and 1/2 the turnaround time. Even with the $100 I paid Glass Doctor, I"m better off. The Ops Manager of Glass Doctor called back, refunded my money and offered to come back and clean up the glass. I'm upping this to B+ for their professional approach to resolving my complaint.

This was a great hassle free process. I sat my appointment up on line and the installer that came out was on time, measured the windows, gave me a quote, I paid half down and then two weeks later I had professionally installed brand new glass. I had contemplated having new windows installed but this solution was a third of the price and Glass Doctor was very professional.

I relaxed in a very comfortable waiting area. They put a protective cover around the edges. I left it there for the time they specified. It never leaked. The process was easy.

I did not use the service. I did have an on-site estimate when I was asked to pay $100 when I received the estimate. I realized that I simply could not afford their price of hanging a mirror. I informed the installer who had called to schedule my appointment that I could not afford the service. I could not get my downpayment back. I understand the explanation of why I could not (company policy); I was just surprised that they had no flexibility.

Just some mix ups on their part for appointments. Then estimater ordered glass and said about 1 week. Three weeks later they called to install.

The actual pane replacement went well. Their responsiveness was not up to par. I experienced several issues with scheduling. They failed to return my emails and phone calls on several occasions.
