I was very happy with the service! He was very prompt, courtious, and professional, I would use the service again if I ever needed anything done with my computer.

He fixed the computer and I have no problems since.

It was terrible. The guy didn’t know what he was doing and I ended up getting a refund. He was not the right person for the job. However, there were no issues scheduling with them.

I didn’t like them – the guy that came over didn’t fix my computer but instead infected my computer with another virus. I had to get rid of that computer and buy another one.  The experience didn't meet my expectations and the problem was not fixed at all. The tech was very nice and professional, however.

He was good. They fixed the problem.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went real well. The deal was for an hour. I paid an additional $200. The computer works like a charm. I was having doctor's appointments every day and he understood that I wasn't going to be here for a while. He was very patient and waited for me to call him back on when he could come and do the memory. He was very, very good. The price was a little bit high. I would use him again but I don't think I would get in touch with Geek Choice.

The computer still runs slow, and shuts down often.

Tech arrived on time - introduced himself and went right to work - he explained each step and called us over with the results - he showed us how a program update was causing our problems - he removed it and re-installed the original that came with the laptop originally - Testing the machine to ensure running smoother - than explained what he had done and left

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fair. I was not sold on it because when I went there they got me going and so forth, but when I got home I still had some trouble. I never did follow up on it, but I can't blame them. Overall it was okay.

PC was running slow.  They were able to identify the reasons, apply corrective measures and provide advice. I appreciated his willingness to clarify my concerns/doubts throughout the visit.

It went fine.... He got it working the way I wanted and even did more than I asked for... He was very polite, helpful and friendly...

He arrived a little bit early, which was fine. His name was Samuel. Very nice. Very professional. He didn't seem to be aware of how the coupon worked, but it wasn't a problem.  I have an older computer and I was having trouble with the speed of bringing up my Mozilla Google start up page. I had defagged and ran my anti virus programs, but still no luck. I am still having problems with that.
I have lots of room on my hard drive, so that wasn't the problem
He told me to  buy a mobile drive that I could plug into my ports to be able to play the needed DVDs that I needed.
He was through with what he did in fifteen minutes and he didn't seem to think my computer was slow.  It isn't unless it has been sitting for a while and then it is. That is what I was trying to get addressed.
I probably will use them again, should I have problems. They called me later to see what I thought of his service. That was nice.

Went well, he confused us a bit, talking over our head. But we had to reel him in abit.

They cleaned up my computer and now it works great! Thank you!

Tech arrived promptly, dressed appropriately for the work to be done. He asked specific questions about issues we were having and asked what we hoped to achieve. He did all that we requested (see above) but was unable to assist us with Gmail specific aggravations we continue to have. We used the entire hour allotted and he left promptly on time. We would definitely use the company and, specifically, the technician again and will recommend both to anyone.

Great.  I originally wanted the music to be down loaded onto CD's but the tech explained that would take about 8 hours, so he suggested putting it on jump drive which took about 20 minutes and while that was downloading, he answered other questions for me.
