It got unplugged for a day or two. The real problem was that the pipes under the house were cracked and full of roots, which they didn't tell me and I guess they didn't know. $400 is a lot to unplug a toilet.

Excellent. Showed up exactly on time. Finished the job ahead of schedule on the same day. Exceptionally professional crew all around. Competitively priced. Couldn't be happier with the service.

They came out same day to repair the gas line to the grill and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

They were very helpful and assisted with teaching me some basic of Toilet 101 in addition to installing a new valve and flapper.  I've used them for years and they always do excellent work.  Pricing is not the cheapest but you can't complain when the work is good.

They did some little things for free like fixed my shower head. They are always really nice, professional and prompt on their time. If they need to adjust an appointment they will call you.

Four Stars gave a firm price for the repairs and scheduled a time that was convenient for us. They called the morning of the job to make sure our schedule was still OK and they showed up on time. The individual was very professional and took care to perform the work as quickly as possible. Once the work was completed, he checked all the connections and had us review the work to make sure we were satisfied. He answered our questions and gave us advice on how to minimize repair costs in the future.

They are excellent. They were only at the home for about an hour. I called them the night before and they were able to come out the next morning.

Excellent - leak isolated and located on Thursday and repair completed on Friday. Quote was provided for all work before starting.

The installation didn't pass inspection, so I had to take another day off to have them fix the problems. A couple days after the second visit we found that we were missing an iPod Nano. I can't prove that the Four Stars repairman stole it, but the he was the only workman in the house in this time period. Also, when the exhaust vent started leaking a couple of weeks later they said that they weren't responsible since that is the roof. The vent didn't leak prior to them replacing the water heater.

They were only at my house from around 15 min to a 1/2 hour and charge me around $50. I would check prices with other firms before hiring this company again.

Installed stove up to a point and leveled it, didn't install the bracket, were quite rude when asked to install the safety bracket.

I felt they were timely, I called on a Tuesday afternoon and he was here Wednesday morning. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions. He also gave me a flat fee for the job.

On the day scheduled, a representative called and asked if they could reschedule for another day. As we had plans to have our new range delivered the next morning, we said no. A representative arrived after we insisted. We requested that he replace the washers in three shut-off valves under the sink. The technician gave an estimate of $375 and insisted that he completely replace these valves. This would have brought our total bill to $600. These valves did not need to be replaced, just serviced. He only did the work we requested on one of the valves and the charge was $89. Total time spent was approximately 40 minutes, with the vast majority of the cost going for labor. He did a very good job for the labor completed.
