Window Treatment Service
Terrible. The design was great. However the cost was high, and one of the 3 treatments installed was too short by about 18 inches. When the installer installed the drapes I complained and asked them to replace the short ones with the correct length. This would require making new ones. I never heard back. After complaining to the designer and getting nowhere, I finally reached the owner, and he agreed to look into it. I had the purchase order and paperwork, but he later ignored by phone calls and I still haven't been able to get them to replace the drapes. This company takes no accountability for satisfaction once you pay them.
