Appliance Repair
Called to request a repair to our refrigerator ice maker. The dispatcher said someone would be out today between 3:00 and 6:00. Received a call from the repairman just a few minutes later and he said he wouldn't be able to be out today. That it would be tomorrow. I explained that no one would be home tomorrow. He said he could come on Monday. We aren't going to be home early next week either. He did not EVEN TRY to work with me. Very dissappointed in the way they do business. They may be really good, but we'll never know. We will not try them again.

they do not work on sunday they will just book appt.s really that is not 24/7

There was a part that went out, and he was able to immediately identify what the problem was. He was very knowledgable and fixed everything right away. There is a one year labor warranty that came with the work he did. He was very thorough and wrote everything out for me. I was happy with everything he did and would use him again.
