THEY ARE ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND QUICK. THEY CAN DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT WITHIN MINUTES! THE TECHNICIAN (ALWAYS THE SAME ONE!) IS GOOD-NATURED AND EXPERT IN HIS FIELD, AND MAKES THE SERVICE CALL PLEASANT.
