On time. Very professional

Prompt arrival and pre plan discussion ensued. Tech seemed a bit annoyed I declined to treat the yard. Less work for him but oh well. And since he was spraying poison in my home I fairly well followed him around to observe and be aware of what was treated. Not the friendliest person but got the job done inside and laid down a barrier outside. Should be good to go so thanks to them. I was drawn to them by the ‘ECO’ in the name. But don’t let that fool you. It’s pesticide.

Called them yesterday and came out today. The tech was Joshua and would highly recommend him. He puts on booties before he entered my home. Took the time to explain the whole process. Had to pick up a phone call during his explanation of services and he was very polite about me taking the call. Joshua actually dusted our backroom, every window and sill in the whole house, as well as our fence. He took the time to move things so he wasn't spraying on my outdoor candles. I have used a variety of pest control companies in the past, this is by far the best one! They set glue traps in the garage and gave us extras. This is the first time a company did not rush through the process, and were extremely thorough.

We have been with this company for two years now, starting in our previous house. We moved last year to a house that had been vacant for a while (except for the bugs who had moved in). They treated the house before we moved in and continue to treat regularly, but honestly after even the first visit we noticed that most of the bugs were gone. We continue to have them treat regularly and we never have bugs in the house. When they come, the tech always asks us if we are having any problems or areas of concern and are always very professional and helpful. We love this company and will continue to use them in the future!

So happy with the service and results we've gotten. Our garage had a TON of cockroaches in it and ever since the touch up service I haven't seen one cockroach in our garage. We will definitely be using Eco Guardian in the future!!!

This is a wonderful company. I would recommend them to anybody that needed any kind of pest control. Knowledgeable about what they need to do. I wish there was a A+ rating!

Great , seems to be working!

I was having really bad ants around my house and my son is extremely allergic to the ants. I called Ecoguardian and they were able to get a technician out the next day. I am very happy with the young man who came to my house. He was very courteous and professional. I will definitely use this company again!

They treated the house for ants and the ants returned a week later. I called and they came out again the very next day. Each visit the same technician comes, and he is the BEST! Mitch takes his time to make sure I am happy with the treatment and answers any questions I might have. We have used this company for over a year and will continue to do so because they are onto me, friendly and have great prices!

Ecoguard has been providing pest control services for us for over a year now.  They're tech's always arrive ontime and do the job they told us they would.  A few times we have had some additional needs such as bugs in the attic or wasps in the backyard and they have quickly come out to deal with those problems.   We get emails and texts messages that we requested that allow us to know when they are coming and after the fact, that they did actually come and do the services they said they would.  We are very happy being their customer.

This is the best pest control company we have ever used. We rarely see bugs and have lost the habit of looking for fire ant piles when playing outside since we haven't had a fire ant pile in our lawn for years. They are very responsive when we have called for callbacks, usually within 24 hours.

We had used a few prior pest control companies in the past but we never imagined that ALL the bugs could be eradicated. I thought we'd always have to live with a few pests until ecoguardian came around and fixed our issues. They treated for the bugs we could see and those we couldn't. Their products are also eco-friendly so we don't have to worry about our kids or dogs coming in contact with their product.
