Our primary mission is to provide mobile, presidential class, automotive detailing for the client that is just too busy! Echelon also brings shine to commercial vehicle fleets with a 1st class advertising appearance that is a must in today's competitive business world. Echelon's personal/residential services range from a basic wash to a fine interior/exterior detail to include wax, chrome, and aluminum shining procedures. For our company fleets we also offer a variety of different scheduled packages that would best meet your company's needs. Our fleet washing prices begin as low as $12.00 per car to $18-$22 for most delivery style BOBS and trucks. All prices listed in the "Fleet" catagory are for exterior washes only and include complimetary tire shine and wheel brite. We do also offer "Fleets" the option for certain "add-ons" such as vacuum, dash, interior protectant, Rain-X, and wax for just a few dollars more on each additional item. To qualify as a company fleet we require that the company have at least 3 or more company vehicles at one location. Echelon was formed by a corporate pilot with over 3,500 logged jet hours and a high end retail management specialist for one of the area's top department stores! It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They did excellent work. It was fine. They came to me. They offered some other options regarding protective material so I did pay additional but I was very satisfied with it.

It went really well!  They did an excellent job on the cleaning and far exceeded my expectations.  I did end up upgrading to get what I wanted and it was definitely worth it.  I would recommend anyone do the same.

The detailers showed up at twilight and worked after dark, then pulled the truck into my garage and finished their work under a light. The job was terrible, which I blame on the darkness. Very streaky polish job. I complained to the owner and he refunded my money. He said he would never again schedule a job so late, as to work in the dark.

It was cold and wet. It was miserable conditions for them to be working in. They did a good job. Overall, it was satisfactory and they showed up on time. I would use them again.

Had a little trouble actually scheduling them.  They cancelled one day due to a flat tire and had to reschedule on another day, but once they got here the service was excellent and my car looked brand new.  I had them do a second car on another day and had no problems with the schedule that time.  I would use them again.

They beauty of their service is they come to your home! It took them about 2 hours to complete the detailing and they bring their own water. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a Big Deal for onsite auto detailing for 2 cars.  Echelon promptly returned my phone call when I called to schedule the service.  They worked with my schedule to get us in quickly.  The work was done in the timeframe I was given, and it was amazing!  The cars looked awesome and it was hard to tell we have 3 kids who eat/drink/live in those cars!  And I added a service of headlight restoration for my husband's car.  I couldn't believe what he was able to do!  They were completely clouded, which affected the lights.  But they were clear when he was done!  Still, almost 2 years later, they are great.
I will definitely use Echelon again, and would highly recommend them.

We purchased 2 of the "Big Deals".  The provider was so overwhelmed with the response that they received that they took a long time to return calls and then had to schedule out quite a long time.  We were able to finally schedule one of the auto detailings and they were quite late in getting to us b/c they did not schedule their morning well.  The detailing was done nicely.  We have not scheduled the 2nd detailing..and won't b/c of the frustrating process with the first one, and the 2nd coupon expired before we were able to find a time to schedule that worked for both of us.
