Then came to my office and did all the work. When finished my SUV was shining and clean inside and out. Much better than I expected. Great service!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They did excellent work. It was fine. They came to me. They offered some other options regarding protective material so I did pay additional but I was very satisfied with it.

I could never get in touch with him. I tried multiple times, they never called me back. I am just requesting a refund. I don’t to give a negative grade, but there was not even an attempt at a response. I believe I found out later there was a sickness that may have interfered with responding.

It went really well! They did an excellent job on the cleaning and far exceeded my expectations. I did end up upgrading to get what I wanted and it was definitely worth it. I would recommend anyone do the same.

The detailers showed up at twilight and worked after dark, then pulled the truck into my garage and finished their work under a light. The job was terrible, which I blame on the darkness. Very streaky polish job. I complained to the owner and he refunded my money. He said he would never again schedule a job so late, as to work in the dark.

Very nice guy, and he works so hard I almost felt bad. I have not had the chance to use him as often as I would like but he will be the first I call when I need another auto detail.

It was cold and wet. It was miserable conditions for them to be working in. They did a good job. Overall, it was satisfactory and they showed up on time. I would use them again.

Had a little trouble actually scheduling them. They cancelled one day due to a flat tire and had to reschedule on another day, but once they got here the service was excellent and my car looked brand new. I had them do a second car on another day and had no problems with the schedule that time. I would use them again.

Everything turned out very, very well. I would use them again.

They beauty of their service is they come to your home! It took them about 2 hours to complete the detailing and they bring their own water. I will definitely use them again.

I had many phone calls with this guy. He always had a story and said he would honor the contract. Bottom line he got the money, but never did the service. Worst groupon I ever bought. It has prevented me from trying other (probably legitimate) deals.

I bought a Big Deal for onsite auto detailing for 2 cars. Echelon promptly returned my phone call when I called to schedule the service. They worked with my schedule to get us in quickly. The work was done in the timeframe I was given, and it was amazing! The cars looked awesome and it was hard to tell we have 3 kids who eat/drink/live in those cars! And I added a service of headlight restoration for my husband's car. I couldn't believe what he was able to do! They were completely clouded, which affected the lights. But they were clear when he was done! Still, almost 2 years later, they are great. I will definitely use Echelon again, and would highly recommend them.

We purchased 2 of the "Big Deals". The provider was so overwhelmed with the response that they received that they took a long time to return calls and then had to schedule out quite a long time. We were able to finally schedule one of the auto detailings and they were quite late in getting to us b/c they did not schedule their morning well. The detailing was done nicely. We have not scheduled the 2nd detailing..and won't b/c of the frustrating process with the first one, and the 2nd coupon expired before we were able to find a time to schedule that worked for both of us. Email received from Echelon: Echelon Auto/Aircraft would like to take the time to allow ALL AngiesList Big Deal customers that have purchased coupons with an April of 2012 expiration, that all tickets will be honored until 12/31/2012. The service was fabulous and they did their work quickly and did a dynamite job. I like that they'll come to your house to detail your car.

They were great. I know there was an issue with them showing up on time.

He spent a lot of time doing the work. However, there were things he missed and some things I think he could have addressed.

We have never had a car detailed. I was looking for a birthday gift for my husband and his thought detailing of his sports car would be perfect. The man from Echelon was accommodating on a date for service. He and his partner arrived on time, detailed the car perfectly, and completed the job quickly. My husband was very pleased with the result.

I tried many times to get this service set up. When I was finally able to reach someone the first time, I was told that the person who would do the detail was out of town (maybe even out of the country) and to call back in a few months. I tried again after that and was never able to get the service set up. I gave up and was extremely disappointed.
